Spiritcraft Decorative Pillows | Policies, Terms and Conditions

If you find that you are unsatisfied with the quality of our decorative pillows, please feel free to return your purchase with Return Authorization within seven days. Please contact us immediately regarding your concern and we will gladly either refund your money less a minimal 10% restocking fee or alleviate any quality issue that may have been in question. In the case of wrong measurements being provided to us, there are no returns, credits or store credit options possible. Measure twice if applicable for custom decorative pillows. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping for anything other than replacement due to quality and store credit. That being said, we have not to date had a "quality issue and are proud to say so.

As for color matching and or fabric texture, we do our best to describe color and have very detailed and accurate images that show both color and textures of the fabrics used in all decorative pillows. We will send out small swatch samples if requested (and if available) but cannot guarantee future product availability if the item is a one of a kind decorative pillow. In short, we cannot offer returns for a refund outside of a quality issue. That being said, we will however work with a client by offering store credit or in custom making another pillow for example if the color will just not work. As custom designers and a fabric workroom, any decorative pillow style imaginable can be yours. Please feel free to inquire.

A further note about our return policy outside of the above mentioned "quality" guarantee for decorative pillows.

We demand that our clients be satisfied, but must insist on a "replacement policy" rather than offering a refund for non quality issues. We have to do this so that our high-end, rare and expensive designer pillows are not "borrowed" for a period of time or for an "event", then returned to us "used". This has happened, believe it or not, and this policy protects other clients in that our luxurious decorative designer pillows are always absolutely brand new and have not been borrowed.

Spiritcraft Decorative Pillows Store Credit:

When issued, our Store Credit can be used for any decorative pillow, valance treatment, designer fabric or other decor item listed within Spiritcraft Decorative Pillows or within Interior Decor Accents ( interiordecoraccents.com ). Further, our Store Credit can also be used towards any custom window treatment, custom made bedding and pillows, Drapery Hardware Item, Graber and Hunter Douglas shades and blinds and towards any myriad of products and services that we offer aside from our Decorative Pillows. Remember that there are tens of thousands of fabrics available, a vast amount of design options and a wide variety of services and products offered and available and with imagination, one of a kind decorative pillows are easily created.

Custom Made Decorative Pillows:

There are no returns on decorative pillows that are custom designed or custom made or sewn / made to a client measurements. We strongly advise letting us help you with measurements so that your custom-made item is just right for you. We are here to personally assist you with any design or fabric questions as our ultimate goal is your satisfaction. Feel secure in the purchase of our products with the peace of mind that we do care about our clients. We would not be here without your support and your satisfaction.
